Store and transport the ball only in ball covers to prevent stains and scratches!
Use the ball only on specialised gymnastics carpet!
Inflate the ball only with the hand pump from the same manufacturer!
Before inflating the ball, wet the needle in the ball smoother (grease)!
Do not inflate the ball to more than 17 cm!
Do not store or transport the ball without the air!
Store the ball at +3C to +25C!
Avoid sudden temperature changes!
Wash the ball with warm soapy water. Wipe with a soft cloth!
